Currently we are looking to fill the following positions:
Farm Crew 2026 - Lauren is looking for a few rugged individuals to work on the farm. No experience necessary, but with the average age of a US farmer currently at 58 years old, she is ideally looking to teach some younger future farmers the skills needed to follow this beautiful career path. A good fit for this job would be someone who has the energy, capacity and commitment for a physical, outdoor job. Someone who feels satisfaction from hard work that is sometimes repetitive and needs to be done efficiently. Someone who can see the beauty in patiently nurturing plants and finds joy in connecting to the earth through the act of food production. Someone who values being a high functioning part of a team. Someone who feels like farming might be the best job ever. Full or part-time starting April or May 2026 with commitment through September or October 2026.
Summer Servers 2026 - We begin hiring for our summer serving staff in April. Preferred minimum commitment of 3 shifts/week and must be able to work through the end of September. Experience is preferred. Hours are 4pm to close and pay is minimum wage plus tips.
Line Cooks - full or part time (2 to 4 shifts per week) starting April or May 2026 and can commit to working through the summer season (end of September 2026) but ideally longer. Hours are 1pm until 11pm, days of the week are flexible. Experience is strongly preferred but not required.
