Our menu will feature some tasty items that are native to our region, as well as some fall harvested produce from our farm.

chicken liver or mushroom pate with toast, cheese, pickles
grilled chanterelle mushrooms with frisee, hazelnuts and delicata squash
gnocchi in long-cooked bison sauce with parmesan and thyme
or vegetarian: gnocchi with caramelized cauliflower, brown butter and sage
plum pie with juniper ice cream
